Anna is standing in her atelier, glancing out of the large window, which almost creates an illusion of a framed nature painting. She likes to perpetuate this view in a new painting and is looking for colour inspiration for the scenery. Anna is very fond of colours. In her atelier, in drawers and on shelves, you find paint in all kinds of colours. “It is all about the artistic expression,” says Anna. “The colours and shades contribute to the creation of the desired expression”. If she doesn’t have the right colour or shade, she blends her own. When doing this, Anna likes to use a palette.
