"Almost edible," Anna says about the little earring with a beaded blueberry pendant.
Cut a piece of nylon cord of approx. 30 cm. Add three blue beads to the middle of the cord. Add another blue bead and bring both ends of the cord through this. Tighten so the beads gather in the middle of the cord.
Add a blue bead to each end of the cord. Bring both ends of cord through another blue bead and tighten. Repeat once more. You now have 10 beads on the cord.
Add a blue bead to each end of the cord. Bring the ends of the cord through the bead at the bottom of the pattern you have made and tighten to a little ball.
The cord ends are now sticking out of the same bead to each side. Take one end and bring it through the closest bead. Continue round the three next beads so the cord ends up next to the bead where it started. Repeat with the other end of the cord. This tightens the ball from all sides.
Bring both cords through the same bead so they stick out of the same bead to each side.
Add a green bead, and bring both ends of cord through this from each side.
Add five green beads and a metal ring to one of the cords. Bring this cord through the first three green beads again and tighten so the leaf is brought into the blueberry.
Bring the same cord through the first three beads again and add one more green bead. Now, put the string through the final two green beads as well as the very first green bead you added, so both cords are sticking out of the same bead to each side. Tie two knots and cut off excess cord. Put the blueberry pendant on an earring wire.
