

Bonfire pancakes
"There is something especially lovely about cooking over the bonfire," Anna smiles while she carefully flips a pancake. "Make the batter a bit thicker than you usually would," Clara recommends. "This will make it easier to control the pancakes."

Grate the lemon zest and mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Whisk in the milk, little by little.

Melt the butter, let it cool off a bit and whisk it into the bowl.

Bake the pancakes in a pan over the bonfire until they are golden and crisp. Serve with fresh berries or your favourite toppings.
