Colourful mask of plaster
Anna has hung her homemade cat mask on the wall alongside posters and frames. Here, it makes up a personal and three-dimensional element. “You can also choose an entirely different animal as your motif,” she suggests.
1
Cut off a piece of chicken wire. Anna has cut a piece of 50 x 50 cm.
2
Shape the chicken wire into your desired shape. Anna’s finished shape measures approximately 30 x 30 cm seen from above.
3
Put plaster bandages in hot water or dip one piece in water at the time. Spread plaster evenly on the entire chicken wire shape.
4
When the plaster has dried, you can paint the mask.
