Delightful biscuits on sticks

Anna is carefully carving the little foot out of the biscuit dough, while Clara makes sure that the biscuits are secured onto each their stick. “These biscuits are guaranteed to decorate the table on any occasion celebrating the arrival of a new little one,” Clara believes.

First, make the dough for the biscuits. Cut the butter into squares and mix with flour.

Add the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.

Leave the dough to cool in the refrigerator for some hours or overnight.

Roll the dough out.

Download and print the templates. Carve the shapes out of the templates by tracing them with a vegetable knife or tooth-pick – or make your own shapes.

Fasten a wooden stick to each biscuit by pressing it lightly into the dough and covering it with strips of dough on the back.

Bake the biscuits for 200 degrees Celsius in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

Mix the thick icing with a hand mixer until it becomes viscous.

Decorate the biscuits with icing and sprinkles.
