Download and print the template. Divide the egg into four parts by pressing a precision knife a little into the egg so you get four wedges in the egg with a depth of about 3-5 mm.

Use the template to cut two sets of two different coloured or patterned pieces of patchwork fabric.

Push the edge of the cut-out fabric parts down into the wedges on the egg using a precision knife. It can be a good idea to use the part of the knife that is not as sharp.

Grab your ribbon and tie a noose at about 12 cm from the end of the ribbon.

Tie the ribbon around the egg with the noose in one of the ends of the egg, so it covers the wedges in the egg and finish with a bow. Make different kinds of eggs and decorate your home beautifully with them on a branch during Easter.
