Bake a beautiful garden art foccacia bread with vegetables and herbs. Use the greens you already have and fight food waste. For the bread, you can use a baking mix or the recipe below.
Mix the yeast in lukewarm water.
Add flour, salt and 1 tbsp olive oil.
Knead the dough thoroughly for approx. 10 minutes.
Line an ovenproof dish platter with baking paper and add the dough. Cover the platter with clingfilm and leave it on the counter for approx. 2 hours.
Spread 1 tbsp of olive oil on the dough and sprinkle with a bit of salt. Press little dimples in the dough and leave it to rise for another 30 minutes.
Now make the garden art on top of the dough with your desired vegetables and herbs.
Bake the bread in a pre-heated oven at 225 degrees for approx. 10 minutes. Remove the bread from the platter, remove the baking paper, and bake the bread for another 3-5 minutes.
