Cut a piece of design paper in a size corresponding to the inside of the card, so that you create the effect of a window frame in front of the colourful background.

Make your own small templates of hands and bells, or print the templates. Then cut hands and bells out of the cotton paper and design paper, and paint a small wedding ring on the ring fingers of the hands with a marker.

Use glue to fasten the pads to the back of the hands. To create a three-dimensional effect, you can add a double layer of pads to one of the hands. Optionally, you can also add sleeves to create a sense of the bridal couple. Finish by glueing the hands to the window of the invitation.

Glue the two bells to the top of the outside of the frame together with some dried flowers pointing down towards the hands. Also glue a small bow of jute twine to the top of the bells.

Write your invitations on a small sheet of paper or print and cut them out, then fasten the sheet to the inside of the invitation.

Place the invitation in the matching envelope, and then tie the jute twine around the envelope a few times. If you wish to, you can use transfer letters to embellish a manila tag with the couple's initials. This is done by cutting out the letters and placing them carefully on the paper. Rub the letters onto the manila tag using a wooden stick.

Place the manila tag under the jute twine, and finish by tying a bow of organza ribbon for an extra decorative detail.
