Anna likes to let the creativity flow and create unique pieces of clothing. With some glue and embroidery thread, you can add a personal touch to your jacket.
Draw your design on a piece of paper and transfer it to the back of the jacket using a pencil. You can also draw the design directly on the clothes with a pencil or a piece of chalk.
Now apply glue to the areas of the motif where you would like to create a 3D effect. As shown in the video, Anna has written 'Carl' and drawn a spaceship flying, both outlined with the glue.
Fasten an embroidery hoop around the motif and start embroidering with the colour of your choice.
Highlight your design by stitching along side the letters and the spaceship.
Embroider the stars as shown in the video. You can also view the sisters' DIY project: "Refresh your clothes with embroidered star motifs" for a descriptive guide on how to create the stars.
Finish the spaceship by covering the middle with white thread, mark the little windows, and stitch the outline with brown thread.
Now your personalised jacket is ready to be worn.
