Material List
Chocolate mould for Easter egg
200.0 g chocolate for tempering (save any excess chocolate as it can be tempered again)
Water bath for tempering
Thermometer for tempering
Sprinkles for ornamenting
The sisters’ chocolate mould for the occasion makes it easy to create a whole egg – and remember that you can find both white, milk and dark chocolate at Søstrene Grene, which all will fit perfectly for this DIY project.
TIP:
Clean the mould with warm water and avoid using soap as the chocolate will then more easily be released from the mould.
