

Whipped butter – 3 flavours
Follow the sisters' easy recipe for whipped butter, and create a sense of luxury in your everyday life. Here are three flavour suggestions that can be used for bread, baked potatoes, and much more.
Take the butter out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before you begin, so it can soften a little.
Pour butter and salt into a bowl, and whisk it until light and airy either in a stand mixer or with an electric mixer for a few minutes.
Add the buttermilk, and whisk the butter at high speed for a few minutes.
Enjoy the butter as it is, or try one of the flavoured versions by mixing in the additional ingredients. Serve your whipped butter with some good bread, on a baked potato, or something entirely different.
