Clara is baking fresh rolls and muffins in preparation of a visit from the nieces. For the always organised sister, baking is a wonderfully fun pastime. "Baking requires very precise methods and measurements of ingredients," she smiles as she folds chocolate chips into the muffin batter. "It is like a science."

When using lemon zest in her baking recipes, Clara uses a lovely grater like this. "The grater has two sides with different sized holes," she explains. "Grate your lemons or cheese with ease."

The sisters' grater is made of stainless steel with a beech handle and measures 23.5 cm.
