Clara is baking fresh rolls and muffins in preparation of a visit from the nieces. For the always organised sister, baking is a wonderfully fun pastime. "Baking requires very precise methods and measurements of ingredients," she smiles as she folds walnuts into the muffin batter. "It is like a science."

To make sure her icing sugar is not lumpy, Clara sifts it through a sieve before dusting her muffins with it.
