Artistic linocuts
Clara neatly cuts the linoleum cutting board and a pattern slowly appears. The final work of art is revealed at last when the paint has been added and the linoleum cutting board is lifted from the canvas.
Draw your desired motif on the linoleum cutting board.
Carve out the motif with the linocut tools.
Use a rubber paint roller to paint on the lino board. Repeat three times.
Find the piece of paper or cardboard on which you want to apply the lino print.
Place the paper on top of the paint and use the linocut baren to press the paper against the lino board.
Carefully pull the linocut off the paper. When the paint is dry, you can frame your linocut.
