Baked apples with marzipan and cinnamon
”Patience, dear Anna,” Clara says with a smile as Anna reaches for one of the piping hot apples filled with sweetness. The sisters like to have a little something warm and tasty to cosy up with by the crackling bonfire. You can also cook the apples in an oven.
Mix marzipan, butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
Hollow out the apples and fill them with marzipan filling.
Wrap the apples in tinfoil with the closure on top and bake them on a grill grate over bonfire until they are soft and golden. In an oven, the apples should bake for approx. 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
