Beaded chain for mobile phones

If you want a certain look, start by laying the beads on a beading board in the desired order. By laying them out, you can also visualise how long you want the chain to be.

Tie the leather cord to the carabiner and add beads in your favourite colours and shapes until you reach the desired length.

Next, attach the other end of the leather cord to the keyring, and secure it to the carabiner. Thread the excess string back through a couple of beads to fasten, before trimming it.

Insert the small plastic insert into your phone case, and attach your homemade, personalised phone chain to it. "This way, you can always recognise and find your mobile phone," Clara remarks. "And it is even a bit more decorative this way," Anna smiles.
