Begin by mixing oats and chia seeds together in a bowl.
Next, add plant-based yoghurt and coconut milk, and stir well.
Store your overnight oats in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight. They can last 4-5 days in the fridge, so you have enough for several morning meals.
How to serve in the morning: Put a tablespoon of your favourite jam in the bottom of a glass. Add the overnight oats and another tablespoon of jam. Top with coconut flour and berries and enjoy your breakfast.
