Colourful cakestand of second-hand items
Anna is fond of surprising guests with her creative projects, also at the coffee table. Here, she has created a unique cake stand of second-hand finds and colourful paint.

Find a white candleholder and a transparent glass plate in a second-hand store or in your own cabinet.

Paint the candleholder in one or more colours of your choice. If you choose to use more colours, Anna recommends using painter's tape to achieve sharp edges.

Create a lively effect with modelling paste using a plastic bag with an icing nozzle.

Let the paint and modelling paste dry, and then glue the transparent plate on top of the candleholder which becomes the base of the cake stand.
