Create a natural wreath
"Welcome the season inside," the sisters say, suggesting that you decorate your home with a simple and elegant wreath crafted from nature's wonderful materials.
Begin by gathering small bundles of various grain stalks and lavender, and tie them together with wire. In the video, Anna has assembled approximately 40 small bundles, each measuring about 40-45 cm in length, resulting in a wreath with a final diameter of approximately 90 cm. You can, of course, choose precisely the length you wish.
Now use the ribbon to tie around the first bundle, so that it covers the wire. Continue adding bundles, and tie a knot between each bundle to attach them to each other.
Repeat this process concurrently approximately 5 cm from the existing ribbon, so you achieve two rows of ribbon. Optionally, you can add two knots between each bundle of the outside row to give the wreath an airy look.
Now connect the first and last bundle by tying the two ends of the ribbons together, so the bundles come together in a wreath.
Finally, trim away any excess ribbon, and consider adding extra ribbon or wire if your wreath lacks firmness and support.
Now the wreath is ready to adorn your walls in the living room, bedroom, summer house, bathroom, or wherever you wish to bring nature indoors.
