Create a treasure chest filled with gold
“No treasure hunt without a treasure chest filled with gold,” Anna says while applying the finishing touches to the small treasure chest. Do like the sisters and make your own treasure chest and a treasure map, and let the dear little ones begin an exciting treasure hunt at home.
Paint the borders of the treasure chest golden.
Paint the surfaces of the treasure chest brown.
Print out the sister’s template and cut it out.
Paint the skull golden.
Glue the skull onto the treasure chest.
Fill the chest with golden coins or other treasures.
Cut out a brown piece of paper and divide it into two pieces.
Tear the borders of the paper off and draw a treasure map on it.
Lastly, crumple the treasure map to give it an old and authentic look.
Let the treasure hunt begin!
