Decorate candles with wax paint
Wonderful candles that add charm to your home, even when they are not lit, can make a big difference in your décor. They also make for great little gifts for those you want to delight. Here, Anna and Clara show various methods and ideas for painting candles, but of course, you can paint whatever you like.
On the first candle in the video, small flowers are painted with a brush and a steady hand. Let the candle dry in a holder so you do not risk rubbing off the wet wax paint.
The next candle in the video is created by first covering the areas you do not want to paint. Then, dab the wax paint on with a foam brush. Finally, remove the tape and let the candle dry.
On the last candle, the wax pen is used to create small hearts directly on the candle. Once again, let the candle dry in a holder.
When all the candles are dry, they are ready for use. "What a lovely activity to gather around with loved ones," Anna smiles.
