Egg tray and ribbon scrap flowers
Reuse your cardboard egg trays and ribbon scraps to make beautiful everlasting flowers. "Paint the flowers in all of your favourite colours and let them spread joy in your home," Anna suggests.
Grab a piece of cotton wool with a size of about 4 x 4 cm. Wrap the cotton wool around one of the ends of a wooden stick.
Paint the cotton wool with a yellow paint and shape it into a drop. Let it dry until the cotton wool is attached.
Cut a divider from your egg tray. Then, cut four flower petals in the cut end like shown in the video.
Paint the head of the flower in your chosen colour.
On your flower stem with the yellow cotton wool, glue a piece of ribbon of approx. 75 cm around the rest of the wooden stick. You only have to add glue at the beginning and end of the stem.
Pull your finished stem trough the head of the flower to complete the flower. You can potentially cut the wooden sticks in different lengths with side-cutting pliers, if you would like to make more flowers in different lengths.
