Embroidering on fabric napkin

Fasten the napkin inside the embroidery frame. If necessary, pull a little on the sides of the napkin to ensure that the fabric is stretched out.

Use the sisters’ mistletoe design or create your own design on a blank piece of paper.

Optionally, you can use the template from Søstrene Grene to place your pattern on the napkin or place it exactly as you wish.

Pin your piece of pattern paper where you wish to embroider.

First, use the green thread to follow the branches and leaves of the mistletoe.

Then, use the red metallic thread to make French knots that becomes the small berries on the mistletoe.
