Using crochet hook size 3.5 mm and Col 1, chain (ch) 140. Work 6 rows of treble crochet (tr). Switch to Col 3, work 1 row tr and then 1 row double crochet (dc). Switch to Col 1 and work 1 row tr. Switch to Col 2, work 1 row tr and then 1 row dc. Col 1, work 1 row tr. Col 5, work 1 row tr. Work 1 row dc. Col 1, work 1 row tr. Col 4, work 1 row tr. Work 1 row dc. Continue stripe pattern. Repeat 5 times. Using Col 3, work 1 row tr and then 1 row dc. Switch to Col 1 and work 6 rows tr. The body of your blanket is now complete. Using Col 2, work dc around the blanket. To shape corners, work 2 dc, 2 ch, 2 dc into the same stitch. Work a total of 4 rounds. Work the final round in Col 1. Weave in ends. Press the work lightly with a steam iron.
