Felt Christmas tree ornament
Christmas ornaments in felt are a whimsical and soft addition to the other Christmas decorations of the home, if you ask Anna. "Soon, we will have made a whole forest of Christmas trees," smiles Anna to the nieces, who are busy cutting fringes for the next Christmas tree in the collection.
Choose the colours of felt as you wish. Divide the sheet of felt from the short side by marking 3, 4, and 5 cm with a pen. Cut out the three parts.
Cut fringes along the bottom of each square. Make sure to leave approximately 1 cm at the top free of fringes.
Now, take the largest square and apply a strip of glue along the top. Immediately begin to roll up the square so that it is rolled and glued together all the way around.
Glue and roll the medium sized square firmly around the top of the larger square, and finally the smaller one around the medium sized one, so that you get a small Christmas tree.
Tie a piece of string around the top of the Christmas tree and make a noose. Finally, decorate by gluing on sequins and let the small Christmas ornament decorate the Christmas tree and the Christmas home.
