Felt Easter eggs
The sisters enjoy gathering around all sorts of creative projects with the whole family during Easter. “A home with homemade decorations is something truly special,” Clara smiles. Especially these little Easter eggs are one of her favourites.
Sketch the desired size of the egg on the felt and cut it out. Two pieces are needed per egg.
Thread a needle thin enough to go through the beads. Now sew the beads onto both felt cut-outs in a pattern of your choice.
Now thread the needle with embroidery thread and sew the felt cut-outs together with visible stitches. However, you should leave the last quarter open for a little while longer.
Fill the egg with stuffing or similar and sew the last quarter of the felt cut-outs together.
Attach a string, for example made of leather, to the egg for hanging, and let the egg decorate beautifully during Easter.
