Homemade mango ice lollies
For the warm summer days Clara makes sure to have tasteful ice lollies ready in the freezer. "This variant with mango tastes like summer and warmer skies," she smiles.

Peal the mango and chop it into smaller pieces.

Squeeze the juice from 1 lime.

Pour mango pieces, lime juice and the other ingredients in a blender, and blend until the mix is fine and smooth.

Fill up the ice cream moulds with the mix, and freeze for 4-6 hours depending on the size of the moulds. Now the mango ice lollies are ready for serving.
