Honey roasted pumpkin
The sisters like to invite their nearest and dearest for a cosy dinner with all kinds of lovely dishes. "Honey roasted pumpkin is the perfect side dish for most courses," Anna smiles.
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade.
Rinse the pumpkin thoroughly, split it in half and remove the stuffing. Cut of the top and bottom. Slice the pumpkin in about 2 cm thick slices.
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin slices in the marinade.
Spread the pumpkin slices on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees in a fan-assisted oven for 15-20 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
Arrange the roasted pumpkin slices on a tray. Spread some of the dressing, pieces of feta cheese and fresh dill on top.
