How to make giant bubbles

With just a few simple materials, you can create large, floating bubbles for outdoor fun. The loveliest moment is almost when the bubble slips free from the string and drifts away, says anna with a smile as she watches her nieces and nephew eagerly follow the bubbles through the garden.

1

Cut a piece of macram cord measuring approximately 120 cm. The cord will be used to create the bubble-making tool.

2

Tie the cord onto two knitting needles, as shown in the video, so the cord forms a large triangle. The knitting needles should preferably be at least 8 mm thick.

3

Pour bubble mixture into a large bowl or container with enough room for the cord.

4

Dip the cord into the bubble mixture and carefully lift the tool. Gently move the knitting needles apart and through the air to create large, floating bubbles. Feel free to experiment with different movements and wind conditions to create bubbles in various shapes and sizes. It doesnt take much before little ones become completely absorbed in the fun, Clara remarks as the bubbles drift through the garden.
