Invitation with flower bouquet
”Even the tiniest of bouquets can spark great joy,” Anna says. Create feelings of delight and anticipation for your guests with these blooming invitations.
Draw flower bouquets on the blank invitations with a black marker. You can download the template and copy the motifs from here, or you can draw the bouquets in free hand. If you wish to use the template, you can transfer the motif to the blank invitation like this: Print the template and flip it to the backside. Hatch the back of the paper with a pencil where the motif is. Flip the paper front up and lay the invitation under the paper front towards the hatched area. Trace the motif on the template with a mechanical pencil or ball point pen. The motif is now transferred to the invitation in pencil. Make the motif on the invitation more visible by going over every pencil line with a black marker.
Using a utility knife, cut two notches in the paper where the drawn bouquet is gathered at the stems. On the template, the places to cut are marked.
Gather a small bouquet of dried flowers and stick the stems through the little cut on the invitation, so the dried bouquet lies on top of the drawn bouquet.
