Magnificent malt bread

Det dark malt bread has a lovely crust and density. The bread is especially well suited as sandwich bread. "But can also be enjoyed simply with butter," Clara smiles.

Whisk yeast into the lukewarm water and then add the other ingredients. Knead for a few minutes. It could be an advantage to use a mixer with a dough hook.

Let the dough rise to twice its size. Hit the air out of the dough by turning it with your hands or by using a spatula. Repeat this twice.

When the dough has been turned twice, let it rise one last time.

Cover a baking pan with baking paper and put the dough on here. Make two loaves and add topping to these.

Bake at 250 degrees for 14 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
