Magnificent malt bread

Whisk yeast into the lukewarm water and then add the other ingredients. Knead for a few minutes. It could be an advantage to use a mixer with a dough hook.
Let the dough rise to twice its size. Hit the air out of the dough by turning it with your hands or by using a spatula. Repeat this twice.
When the dough has been turned twice, let it rise one last time.
Cover a baking pan with baking paper and put the dough on here. Make two loaves and add topping to these.
Bake at 250 degrees for 14 minutes in a pre-heated oven.
