Make a delicious, creamy Dalgona coffee
On warm spring days, the sisters often enjoy a cooling drink on the terrace. Sometimes, Anna treats her sister to a delicious, creamy Dalgona coffee. “It takes less than five minutes to make, and it is almost like a dessert,” Anna says. If you are fond of iced coffee, you might enjoy this variant too.
Mix coffee, sugar and boiling water until the coffee and most of the sugar is dissolved.
Whip the mixture with a hand mixer until you have a firm and creamy foam.
Fill a glass two thirds with milk and ice cubes and place the coffee foam on top. Serve the coffee with a spoon or straw to be able to mix the coffee and milk before drinking. Perhaps finish off the coffee with a sprinkle of chocolate, cocoa powder or liquorice powder.
