Make festive party favours for your guests
A small party favour for each guest is a lovely way of bringing the celebration to a close, the sisters believe. Fill little bags with sweet treats and floral confetti, and create a personal greeting your guests can take home after the festivities. “It is the small gestures one remembers,” Anna smiles.
Select an assortment of sweet treats that will delight your guests. Divide them into the bags and, if you like, add floral confetti for an extra festive touch.
Cut a piece of ribbon and tie it around the top of the bag. “Do remember to tie the bow only once the bag has been folded and closed,” Clara notes.
Place a strip of double-sided tape along the edge of the bag and fold the top neatly towards the front to close it. Then tie a bow around your bag.
Finally, you may wish to add a handwritten note to make the party favour even more personal. “A small greeting that may be kept as a cherished memory,” Anna smiles.
