Make personalised picture frames for the Christmas tree
"A fun activity shortens the wait for Christmas Eve," Anna smiles. Together with the nephew, she makes a homemade picture frame as a Christmas tree ornament, while Clara prepares treats in the kitchen.
Glue together four ice-lolly sticks so that they form a rectangular frame. Let there be a slight overlap where the sticks cross each other.
Twist two pipe cleaners around the frame and glue small sequins staggered on top.
Cut a piece of string for hanging, and tie it to the top of the frame.
Let the child choose a drawing or a cosy picture that should be framed. Cut out the drawing or picture. Apply glue along the sides of the front and attach it to the back of the frame.
Your personalised picture frame is now ready to adorn the Christmas tree or get wrapped as a sweet Christmas gift from the dear little one.
