Make your own linocut
“With some simple tools, it is easy to create the most stunning pieces of art,” Clara says while rolling paint on the lino board. “It only requires a little bit of fantasy and creativity,” Anna says while l working on the motif on her linocut.

Draw your motif on the lino board.

Carve out the motif with the linocut tools.

Trim the lino board, so the extra linoleum is cut off.

Paint on the lino board with a rubber paint roller. Repeat three times.

Find the piece of paper which you would like to apply your linocut to.

Turn over the linocut with paint and place it on the piece of paper, so that the paint gets applied onto the paper.

Use the wooden baren to press on the linocut.

Carefully pull the linocut of the paper.
