Marvellous muesli bar
Anna and Clara have invited the nephew and nieces to the beach, so Clara spends the night before preparing muesli bars for the bunch. "You never know when the little hunger appears, so here, preparation is a virtue," she says.
First, chop up almonds and sunflower seeds roughly.
Mix almonds, sunflower seeds, puffed quinoa, sesame seed, hemp seeds, and oatmeal in a bowl.
Line an ovenproof platter or roasting pan with baking paper.
Add condensed milk to the bowl of seeds and oats. Mix it all with a spoon or your hands.
Add the mix to the platter and press it even with your hands. Bake at 120 degrees for 80 minutes.
Let the platter cool off and slice up the bars in the prefered size.
Melt white chocolate over a water bath and dip the top of the muesli bars in the chocolate, then in the coconut. Keep the muesli bars in the fridge until the chocolate has set.
