Mobile with stars and animals in recycled cardboard

"This mobile will bring lovely Christmas magic to the children's room," Anna says to the nieces. Make the project together with the dear little ones and craft a magical mobile from recycled paper and glittery cardboard.

1

Download and print the template and cut out the animals you wish to use from recycled cardboard.

2

Decorate your animals with the patterns you desire. Here, Anna has drawn on the animals with a chalk marker, but you can also let the little ones decorate them with acrylic paint, sequins, or stickers.

3

Cut stars and circles from glitter cardboard in various sizes. You can use lids, cardboard rolls, or similar items as templates for the circles. Cut them out in sets of two.

4

Once you have cut an appropriate number of shapes from the glitter cardboard and your animals are dry, you can cut strings and plan how your mobile should be assembled.

5

Now it is time to assemble the mobile. Apply glue to the air holes in the recycled paper animals, making sure the animals are slightly offset from each other on the strings. Also, glue the stars and circles on the strings, positioning them between the animals and around the hanger at the top.

6

Hang the mobile in the children's room or in the living room and let it create a magical atmosphere.
