Napkin ring and place card with paper cut-outs

The sisters enjoy decorations which are also functional. Therefore, Anna has made this guide for a paper cut-out with which you can easily make napkin rings which double as place cards. “Surprise your guests with lovely, personal details,” Anna says.

1

Download and print the template. Please notice that the margin needs to be cut off.

2

Cut the template in half like shown in the video so it can be attached to the long side of an A4 cardboard. Continue the line from the template by using a ruler and a pencil. Use paper clips to secure the templates so they are easier to control when cutting through both layers.

3

Cut out the templates and use the two notches to gather your napkin ring. Fold the botanical cut out so it stands out from the ring.

4

Write the guest's name on the long side of the napkin ring, place the napkin inside the ring and, if you want, you can decorate with some dried flowers.

5

Anna has designed this project so it is possible to cut out with scissors but you can also use a cutting mat and a precision knife. You can opt to try with scissors first and then switch to precision knife and cutting mat if you are not satisfied with the result.
