New Year rocket place cards
With cardboard scraps on the floor and glue on their fingers, Anna and Clara make place cards for New Year's Eve with the nephew and nieces. "Place cards are a lovely addition to the table if you are welcoming many guests," Clara says with a smile. With the sisters' template you can easily make your own festive New Year place cards.
Download and print the template. Cut out the template.
Use the template to cut a triangle and a rectangle from your desired cardboard. Clara suggests that you use different kinds of cardboard for the two parts. "Imagination is the only limit," Anna smiles.
Glue the triangle onto the rectangle, forming a rocket.
Cut three pieces of metallic thread and glue these onto the end of the rocket.
On white cardboard paper, use the alphabet stamps to write the name of one of your guests. You can also use a colourful marker. Glue the name onto the body of the rocket.
Make a place card for every guest.
