Orange lemonade
Clara has a hard time choosing a favourite amongst all fruits in the world, but if she absolutely had to, oranges are certainly an option. The sweet fruit is great for both baked goods and cooking, or in a refreshing lemonade, like the one she makes here.
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a pot. Grate a little orange zest into the sugar syrup and remove the pot from the heat.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges and mix it with the sugar syrup.
Dilute the liquid with water until the taste is exactly right. Serve the lemonade with ice cubes.
You can also use other citrus fruits for the lemonade. The sisters suggest replacing the oranges with lemons for a classic lemonade, or with pink grapefruit for a new flavour experience.
