Paint on storage jars

Choose a glass to decorate, such as a preserving jar, jam jar, vase, bottle, or something entirely different.

Now decorate the glass with chalk marker in the design you desire. Draw freehand, or attach a stencil to the inside of the glass with tape, and trace over it.

Let the chalk marker dry, and then fill the jar with goodies or simply use it as a display in your home. "If the jar is given as a gift, it can be further decorated with a lovely ribbon around the top or a piece of fabric to cover the lid," Anna suggests."
