Pancake skewers
In Anna’s experience, food on skewers brings joy to the little ones. The nephew, at least, finds this fluffy, leaning tower absolutely irresistible. Great is his thrill too when Anna and Clara ask him to flip the little pancakes on the pan.

Mix the pancake batter as described on the package.

Bake the little pancakes. “With a piping bag it is easy to place the little batter blobs onto the pan,” Clara suggests.

Chop the chocolate. Melt one half in a water bath. Then, mix the rest of the chocolate into the melted mass.

Skewer the pancakes with chocolate in between the layers. Garnish with berries and fruit. “You can decorate the skewer with deco tape for an extra festive look,” Anna says.
