Raspberry jam with peach and vanilla

"It tastes of summer and sun," the nephew says while eating. His Auntie Clara has just served her homemade jam. "A taste which is easy and quick to attain," Clara smiles.

Scald the peaches, peel them, and cut them into cubes.

Put them in a pot with 1 dl water and boil for a few minutes.

Add raspberries, jam sugar, lemon, and vanilla. Let it all boil for a few minutes.

Pour into glasses. Clara recommends that you scald the glasses before pouring in the jam, as this will help to preserve the jam.
