Rocky Road with caramels, nuts, and dried fruit
When the nephew and nieces come over for a visit, the sisters like to make Rocky Road with them. "It is a perfect small delight, when you are longing for both sweet and salty treats," Anna smiles. "And it is incredibly simple too," Clara chuckles.
Coarsely chop the chocolate and melt it slowly over a water bath.
Mix the remaining ingredients, excluding the sea salt, in a bowl.
When the chocolate is melted, pour it over the ingredients in the bowl and mix it well.
Line a square 15x15 cm baking mould and pour the mixture in.
Sprinkle with sea salt. It you want it to be extra festive, you can decorate your Rocky Road with dried edible flowers and glitter.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours. Then cut your Rocky Road into suitable bite-size pieces and store them in the fridge afterwards.
