Romantic floral letter
Set the tone for life's big and small events with lovely, homemade flower decorations. "These romantic floral letters are the perfect contribution to a wedding," enthuses Anna. "Or to celebrate a beloved person or a close relationship," Clara adds.
Firstly, the frame for your letter is to be made using recycled cardboard. This is done by sketching the letter on the cardboard in the desired size and hereafter cutting it out on a cutting mat.
Secondly, a border for the letter frame is to be made from recycled cardboard. The border is suggested to have a height of approx. 7 cm all the way around. Using a glue gun, glue the border firmly along the flat surface of the letter.
When the glue has dried, fill the letter frame with floral foam. Wrap metal wire around the frame to hold the floral foam in place.
Choose your favourite flowers and cut them short. In the video are used bridal veils, eucalyptus, and white roses. If you make your floral letters way before they are to be used, Anna recommends choosing flowers that dry delicately. "You can also keep the flowers fresh with a plant mister," she suggests.
Complete your letter frame by sticking the flowers in the floral foam until completely covered with flowers. The decoration is now ready to be hung up or stand neatly to spread joy at any occasion.
