Salad in a glass
When the sisters are on the go, they like to have a homemade, tasty and fresh salad with them.
Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in water and cook according to the instructions on the packaging.
Rinse the strawberries and cut into halves.
Pour edamame beans into boiling water, and leave them for a minute.
Rinse the asparagus. Break off the woody end where the asparagus naturally bends, and fry it on a pan in some butter for a few minutes. Now, cut the asparagus into pieces of approximately 2 cm.
Rinse the scallions and cut into rings.
Chop almonds and mint leaves.
When the quinoa is finished, pour it into a sieve and rinse with cold water. Let it drip off.
Add cranberries and feta, and serve the salad in a glass so it is easy to bring on the go.
