Sandwich bread

"A sandwich is always a hit," Anna says and fills the freshly-baked breads with mayonnaise, fried mushrooms, baked cherry tomatoes, pickeled red onion, spinach, and avocado.

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water in a big bowl. Add flour and mix the dough togther. Knead in salt and then oil.

Let the dough rise. Three times during the rising with 30 to 60 minutes interval, flip the dough to punch out the air.

Sprinkle flour on the table and flip the dough on to the table. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on the dough and press them into the dough with a wet hand. You can leave out the pumpkin seeds if you prefer.

Cut up the dough into sandwich bread pieces. Anna makes approximately eight buns from the recipe.

Bake the buns in a preheated oven at 250 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Bake the bread on a baking tray with baking paper or in a baguette baking tin.
