Scrunchie with lavender

Cut a piece of fabric in the size 50 x 12 cm.

Fold the fabric on the long side with the right side inwards.

Sew 4 cm from one end along the edge, using a 1 cm seam allowance, and finish 4 cm from the other end.

Turn the wrong side of the fabric tube inwards. You can use a safety pin to push the fabric through.

Sew the two short ends together with the fabric right against right.

Cut a piece of elastic cord at about 20 cm depending on what fits with the thickness of your hair. Lead the cord through the hole of the fabric tube that is now connected like a ring.

Sew the ends of the elastic cord together.

Add a couple handfuls of dried lavender in your scrunchie and close the hole by sewing it by hand or on the machine, like shown in the video. Sew as close to the edge as possible so the stiches will not be too visible.
