Strawberry and lavender lemonade
When the strawberries turn red and the lavender blooms, Anna and Clara know that summer has truly arrived. Here, the sisters combine the two summer favourites in a refreshing lemonade.

Add sugar, lemon juice and 5 dl water to a pot and bring it to boil over medium heat.

Remove the pot from the heat, add lavender and strawberries, and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.

Sift the mix from the lavender and strawberries into a big bowl and add 1 litre of cold water to the mix.

Serve the lemonade with ice cubes.
