Tomato tapenade
On warm summer days, Anna finds it particularly joyful to experiment in the savoury kitchen. "Serve this tasteful tapenade together with crispy snacks for your guests," she recommends.
First, choose whether you wish to make the tapenade out of long baked cherry tomatoes or a glass of sun-dried tomatoes.
If you wish to make your own dried tomatoes, divide the cherry tomatoes in halves and add oil, salt and pepper. Bake the tomatoes in an oven at 100 degrees for 4 hours.
Blend the tomatoes together with the remaining ingredients until you have a smooth mass. Now the tapenade is ready to be served.
